Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (the Consumer Code), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract concluded online within 14 days from the receipt of the product, without giving any reason, and without penalty, except for the costs of returning the goods. To exercise this right, you can fill out the following form or communicate their decision with any other explicit declaration.
Except for gold and investment products: pursuant to art. 59, paragraph 1, letter b) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the goods the price of which is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market, such as precious metals and investment products such as gold and silver articles numismatists).
